Surviving My Life

You never know who you're gonna run into...

Well, it's out. People that I know found my blog.

Typical. I knew this day would come. As for "RayRay" (What?!? That's your name on here?) finding it, I remember you were on the internet a lot, but I underestimated the friendship between Kat's church, and "RayRay"'s church.

I'm sorry. RayRay? The knickname makes you sound like you're 14, Italian, and talk out the side of your mouth - "Heeeeey...." HA!

In any case, in order to avoid any sort of "suprises", I'll just say all the stuff they'll say first because I KNOW they're gonna want to try and embarass me somehow. Here we go:

I know how to play the Piano (I've learned since Pittsburgh, RayRay), I know how to play the guitar. I've been known to sing on a few worship teams. Yes, I know how to run a soundboard and I do get to help children. They like me. We have the same IQ, so why not?

Yes, I'm 25. No, I'm not dating anyone. Yes, I have my own company calledRenovatioStudios. What am I working on right now? The Fedeles. Jeepers. If there's anyone that needs help on their stuff, it's them. What have I worked on? G&I Homes, Insight House, and (my favorite) Halo2Webring.com.

I did, at one time, own a mini-van. Those days are over. My new vehicle is this:

Waaay better than a minivan, right? :)

Yes, I do have two cats. But they're dogs. (For an explination, please read up on my old stuff.)

I go to a church in Rome called "Spirit and Life Church" (HA!) with my parents. It's smaller than MZ, but God is doing amazing things there. There are about 150 people there, with more kids than you can shake a babysitter at.

I should go. It's snowing, and I have to cover my car before the snow touches it.

Playing Catch Up

I realized today that it's been awhile since I posted on here. What have I been up to? Working, actually. I got some work to do for my business. Thank the Lord. Does it pay the bills? Nope. But, it's a good start. I might be able to buy food next week - and that's a good thing. :)

As such, I've been forced to resort to the "less than favorable" eating menu. i.e., "Backup food". You all know what I'm talking about. Food in your cupboard that you normally wouldn't chow on - but, when money's tight, you're forced to eat whatever you've got.

I've been living off of Ramen Noodles, Rice, odd cans of soup, 4 varieties of Quaker Oatmeal, and Chef Boyardee Beef Ravioli. I used to like beef ravioli. Then I ate 6 cans of it over a four day period.

Not exactly "high eating".

The good news is that I found a part time job. Working for PetSmart doing stocking. The good news is they just tell me what day to come in - and I can go in at any time that day and get the work done.

Cool.

Unfortunetly, the person that hires and fires isn't there. They're out on vacation. Typical!

Of course, the job being "part-time" means that it doesn't pay the bills. In fact, It might just be enough to pay for food, gas, and my cable bill and phone bill every month. As for rent and the car? Not so good on that one. My company will still be my primary resource for paying the large bills.

In any case, I should take off.

My Ramen Noodles are done.

Out For Employment

Recently my life has been filled with nothing but resumes and job applications. I've gotten a hard case of carpal tunnel syndrome just from writing my name and contact info on every imaginable piece of paper you can imagine.

Who would think it'd be so hard to get some minimum paying job?

*sigh*

Go figure.
