Pass The Gift, Then Help The Customer

In the end, Christmas day was weird for me. I opened gifts and then went to work. Have any of you ever worked Christmas Day?
I was weird. I opened gifts and then went in to Blockbuster. It amazes me how many people have nothing better to do than come rent a movie. We even had people still shopping for Christmas gifts. "You mean to tell me that you care about that person so much that you basically are lucky that we are the only retail outlet open so that you can cover your butt?"
Some people just annoy me.
So what did I get? Well, I got a midi program and some cabeling to hook my piano into my computer. I haven't hooked it up yet (I haven't had time), but I'm looking forward to getting around to that. Professional Media Serivices, Inc. was kind enough to give me the entire week off from work, so this week is going to be a great week filled with sleeping in, and generally just horsing around.
On a side note, I would just like to comment on the general traffic situation that I've been continually ensnarled in as of late:
STOP DRIVING 20 MPH IN A 30 ZONE. Or, doing 30 in a 45. Or, (worse yet) 45 in a 55 where everyone behind you wants to do 65. (The Police up here won't pull you over for that.) Come ON now! Put your foot on the gas and drive.
Hey, I'm the first to admit it - I have road rage - but some of these people deserve it. I hate getting behind someone at a stoplight who pulls out when it turns green slower than a pregnant walrus being towed by a chihuawa.
I have to stop before my sarcasm kicks in.
Anyway, I hope everyone's Kawanahanachristmas went well.
Now I have to go. I have a chain gun that I'm going to mount on my car.
