TV Producer: Day One

Well, yesterday was my official first day at my new job. It was loads of fun, except for the odd hours - 6am until 6:30pm. Being the producer of a tv show is certainly a fun job, but when I get up at 5:15am, my cats are like "What? What are you doing? You're joking, right?"

So, after having a good day, I went home to my cable modem on the fritz. It looks like a LasVegas sideshow on my computer desk. The think keeps bliking on and off. And - since I have an internet phone - I can't call anyone to get it fixed. I have to head over to Adelphia's main offices today and yell at someone.

In any case, it's 6:45AM now, and I don't have anything to do. Which is why I'm posting here. There are only two of us actually here, and I think that the "We start at 6am" was really a line they fed me. In the next few days, I'll figure out the real time that we start, and go from there.

Stupid Adelphia!
