Tick Tick Tick...

Today as I logged off of another full night of playing Halo 2, I logged onto my computer to check out what's going on in the world on the internet.

That's when I noticed that I haven't posted in almost three weeks! It seems like Christmas was two days ago! But, here I am, three weeks later, finally posting again. It's funny how easily time can be taken by things that don't (in the course of your life) really matter. For instance - right now I am the Clan Overlord of an online Halo 2 Clan called "PraetoriaGuard". We're actually very good too. 35 people that I play online with every night. And now as I look back even farther, I realize that that's all I've been doing since the game came out. Every night I've played Halo 2 online.

Maybe I should feel stupid, and I know that some of you reading this are going to think I am, but actually, I don't think it's dumb. Some people think it's a waste of time, but I've actually formed friendships with some people on there that will probably last for awhile. There are some younger clan members who are going through tough times that I help them out with by giving advice out of my own battlescarred life. There's a girl who our clan has given shelter to because we're not crude with her, and we try to protect her from other people saying trash about her. Then there's my friend who was my friend before Halo 2, but who's an hour and a half away that I still get to sort-of "hang out with" every night because he's always online too.

So, for those of you who are wondering what I've been doing with myself, here I am.
