"Fortudimus Maximus"

Day 3 of working alone.

The department head I work under is only on contract for nine months out of the year. That means I see her only once a week. In the meantime I've pulled every closet out onto the floorand generally turned the lab into a war zone.

The sheer volume of crap around here is amazing. I've got enough extension cords to run a line to my house.

While doing all of this, and playing with the new goodies, I've got three other massive projects on my plate that I take care of in my personal time:

1.) Project for the clan. I wish I could post about it - but people that aren't in the clan would probably see it. And that's not so good.

2.) Project for my church. They're changing their name from "Spirit and Life Church" to simply "Life Church". That's right. We're kicking the spirit out.

It's about time.

To do this, we need to "introduce" the new name to the church - that means I'm making an animated 3 minute short using flash. Something I've never done before. It's proving quite interesting.

3.) At the same time, I've got three people in my church attempting to play matchmaker. So far that hasn't worked out.

One thing is for sure. My life is never boring.
