Beurocracy.

Well, the new job is great. New toys, new people, good food, and a large campus.
One thing I'm learning about, however, is inter-department politics. 

So far, it's an interesting learning experience. 

Certain departments function as a whole differently than others. We work right next to the AV/Tech department - and they're great people. But, from what I'm told, there are other departments that we don't get along with so well.

I find that quite interesting.

Personally, I think that I can get along with pretty much anybody. 

We'll have to see.
