Day Five

Day five. No Halo.

Weird. You know I haven't even fired up my 'box? Not even once. I've been watching some TV (Lost, mostly) and catching up with some games I haven't played in a long time.

I've returned to my days as a Strategy-holic, busting out my old games like "Red Alert 2" and "Starcraft".

Amazing. To this day I get a warm sensation inside de-cloaking 50 tanks in my friend's base... MMm....decloaking...

I've also got caught up on work that I've had for a long period of time. Namely, a friends website. I've been working on it for sometime - they've just taken forever to get me the information to finish it.

So, they got me the info. Winds up it's not all of it, just most of it. Fantastic.

lol.

In the last few days I've also gone back to playing the piano - not that I wasn't playing it before - I'm just playing it more now.

Work is interesting - namely, that I won't be there for very much longer. Right now I work part time at Utica.tv (yes, it's a website). Utica.tv is owned by Nexstar Broadcasting, and is three tv stations here - ABC, FOX, and UPN. It's been fun working there, but I've got bills to pay, and part time at 8 bucks an hour isn't cutting it.

The local Cable Company - Adelphia - is hiring for their production department. Not only is the pay good, but it's got benefits, healthcare, and FREE CABLE. (Dude - you can't go wrong there!)

In any case, this week looks to be interesting. Adelphia's going to call on Monday or Tuesday - and, as far as I know, they'll offer me the job. (w00t!)
