"Thank You America"

Today, Iraqi Prime Minister Ayad Allawi spoke before Congress, and successfully debunked every anti-war sentiment and idea that has been going on in our country and in every other country. He delivered a powerful speech that, if you narrow it down, had five basic points:
1.) Iraq is better now than it was before.
2.) Things aren't the best, but they're getting much better - they could hold elections today in 14 out of 18 provinces.
3.) "Your media never shows the good things." (I couldn't have said it better myself.)
4.) In January, elections WILL be held.
5.) He also illiterate that almost every Iraqi he's met since moving back from London loves America and is eternally grateful for America ousting Saddam.
I don't even have a commentary on this. It was a great speech, and it's good to see that somebody's finally pointing out the obvious.
I raise my glass of Pepsi to you, Mr. Allawi. Live long, and prosper.
